Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 12th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Chinese Stroke Society (CSA) and Tiantan International Stroke Conference (TISC) 2026, which will be held in Beijing, China, from June 26–28, 2026.

Over the past decade, the field of cerebrovascular disease has witnessed remarkable advances in both scientific discovery and clinical practice. From intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular thrombectomy to secondary prevention, neurocritical care, and stroke rehabilitation, high-quality clinical research has continued to transform the way we prevent, treat, and manage stroke. Notably, studies led by Chinese investigators have increasingly contributed to the global evidence base, informing international guidelines and advancing stroke care worldwide.

As we look ahead to 2026, innovation in medicine, data science, artificial intelligence, imaging technology, and translational research continues to create unprecedented opportunities for improving patient outcomes. At the same time, important challenges remain: how to accelerate the translation of scientific discoveries into clinical practice, how to integrate emerging technologies into routine care, and how to deliver evidence-based solutions that benefit patients across diverse healthcare settings.

Against this backdrop, CSA & TISC 2026 will once again serve as a premier platform for scientific exchange, collaboration, and innovation in stroke and cerebrovascular disease. The scientific programme will feature the latest advances across the spectrum of stroke care, including acute reperfusion therapies, endovascular treatment, secondary prevention, neuroimaging, neurocritical care, rehabilitation, and emerging technologies. Through keynote lectures, scientific sessions, debates, educational workshops, and interactive discussions, leading experts from around the world will share new evidence, exchange perspectives, and explore future directions for the field.

Beyond the scientific programme, we hope this meeting will foster meaningful collaborations, inspire new ideas, and strengthen our collective commitment to reducing the global burden of stroke.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to extend a warm invitation for you to join us in Beijing this June. Together, let us advance stroke science, improve patient care, and shape the future of cerebrovascular medicine.

We look forward to welcoming you to Beijing.

Sincerely,

The Organizing Committee of the 12 th Annual Conference of CSA&TISC 2026
